Once an order has been dispatched, Safer Sips is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers. Where possible, we will assist customers with delivery enquiries or investigations with the carrier.

5. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Requests for remedies must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase and supporting evidence where applicable.
