- Standard Shipping (tracked): FREE on all orders.

- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost.

New Zealand:

- Shipping is available and charged at checkout based on location and weight.

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We use third-party tracked delivery providers. Once your order is dispatched, we are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit, but we’ll assist in investigating delivery issues where possible.

5. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless required under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:

- Faulty or damaged upon arrival

- Not as described

- Replace the item

- Provide a refund (at our discretion)

 

If a return is required, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

Australian Consumer Law Notice: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
